There can be no argument that the retail industry has gone through an unparalleled period of disruption since 2019 and is now emerging into a whole new era.

The social distancing and business restrictions put in place by the Covid-19 pandemic resulted in the almost total shutdown of high street trade. As a result, huge amounts of business was rapidly pushed onto digital platforms.

Unfortunately, this level of rapid digital transformation has left most retailers struggling to adapt to the new trading environment and implement effective technology solutions that will provide their customers with the services they need.

  1. How can retailers generate as much revenue as possible in order to compensate for the very tough trading environment of the past 18 months?
