Bonmarché is one of the UK’s largest women’s clothing retailers focused on selling affordable clothing and accessories via their store portfolio, website, mail order catalogues and through the Ideal World TV shopping channel. Established in 1982, the Bonmarché is operating out of 300+ stores across the UK.
To support their growing online customer-base and loyalty scheme, Bonmarché wanted to implement a new Demandware eCommerce platform and replace the point-to-point connections between their website and their CRM and ERP systems.
WHISHWORKS introduced MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to replace the point-to-point connections with APIs and integrate Demandware with Bonmarché’s backend systems (ERP NOVA PENNINE and GI CRM).
