To support its growth, Bentley wanted to integrate its IT ecosystem and chose MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform as their integration platform.
As a strategic partner of MuleSoft, WHISHWORKS was engaged to set up the platform on premise. WHISHWORKS is also actively involved in enabling their team to design and develop their priority use case, which is to streamline web inquiries through the platform to their CRM, as well as their external call center services provider. The outcome will be a significant reduction in customer service response times and improved customer engagement.
