To support its innovation and production strategy whilst offering a true omni-channel experience for its customers, Bata engaged WHISHWORKS to help them integrate their new eCommerce platform with their core systems.
WHISHWORKS implemented MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform to fast track Bata’s API-led digital transformation. WHISHWORKS is also working with Bata to expand their eCommerce capability across different countries.
