Coforge invest in WHISHWORKS

We are excited to announce that Coforge (ex NIIT Technologies), a leading global IT solutions organisation, has signed a definitive agreement to make a strategic investment* in WHISHWORKS, enabling us to create a powerful combined offering in the Digital Integration space.

WHISHWORKS began its professional practice in 2010 to help businesses become more connected, innovate faster, and generate more value from their data. During this time, we have enjoyed strong organic growth as a result of our continuous effort for excellence and commitment to our customers, partners and employees. This agreement is a testament of our success and an incredible milestone for our business that will yield important benefits.  

Starting this new chapter, we believe we can move faster and with more impact by leveraging Coforge’s scale, resources and alliances, and we are incredibly excited about the potential this unlocks for us to exploit new technologies and competences, enter new markets and geographies, and deliver continued excellence and innovation at a larger scale within the Salesforce, MuleSoft and Data & Analytics space.

Coforge shares the same values we do and, like us, they seek to enable their customers to drive business transformation -one of the many reasons why we believe that Coforge complements WHISHWORKS so well.

What does this mean for our stakeholders?

  • We will continue to operate as WHISHWORKS from our current offices. All the contact information for us will remain the same.
  • On a day-to-day, it is business as usual, only now we have new resources and capabilities to continue driving value for businesses around the world faster.
  • There will be no changes in the company’s structure, management and employees. You will continue to work with the same people in our firm you have in the past.
  • We will continue to offer the services we have provided in the past.
